Polar Velour Sweatpants
These black Velour Sweatpants from Polar are made from a blend of cotton and polyester with a textural vertical stripe pattern which taps into old school leisurewear styles. The wide waistband is elasticated with an internal colour matched pullcord adjuster which allows you to resize the fit to suit, and on either side of the front generously sized welt pockets have been added for storage of essentials. On the left thigh the stylised Polar text logo has been embroidered in white to stand out against the coloured background and on the reverse an additional welt pocket has a zip closure. The legs have elasticated ankles for a secure fit.
A new trouser design for autumn/winter ‘19, these velour sweatpants are a comfortable everyday style that suits both leisure and active wear thanks to the fabrics flexibility and weight. Based in Malmö, Polar look to the ‘90s for continuous inspiration as well as culture, art and the local skate scene surrounding the brand. For this season a selection of new silhouettes have been introduced alongside reworked favourites and guest artwork from team rider Emile Laurent, Jacob Ovgren, Klez Zawisza and founder Pontus Alv.
