Cute 1950s party dress with a black velvet bodice and a full white skirt and large pockets. Skirt portion is rayon faille. Pockets have soutache embroidered detail. There is a side metal zipper.  

Condition is good, although there is overall yellowing and discoloration to the white skirt and some fading on the pocket embroidery. See the last photo.
